Delivery times
Dispatch: orders placed on a business day are dispatched the same or next business day.
Delivery: 1–3 business days to most of Kenya, depending on your county. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.
Digital codes (gift cards, top-ups): delivered by email — no shipping at all. Allow up to a few minutes after payment confirmation.
Delivery cost
Orders over KES 5,000: free delivery, anywhere in Kenya.
Below that, the delivery fee depends on your location and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Pick up in store
Prefer to collect? Choose pickup and grab your order from our Nakuru shop — Ground floor, Shop 12, Kenyatta Avenue, CBD. Open Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Bring your order number.
Tracking your order
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email. You’ll also get updates by email as your order moves. Anything unclear — WhatsApp us at +254 706 414 113 with your order number and we’ll check on it directly.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll fix it at our cost — replacement, store credit, or refund. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
